Reservations are first-come, first-served.  Slots for May will be available first week of April.

 TFC Studio Tours Policy

1. Reservations on preferred date will only be available a month before (please refer to table below) and are on first-come first-served basis.

2. Once scheduled, a confirmation letter will be sent thru email or fax.  No confirmation letter, no entry.
3. Walk-ins will not be accommodated.
4. For safety and propriety reasons, pregnant women and children 6 years old and below are strictly not allowed.  Children aged 7 to 9 are required to bring a copy of their passport or birth certificate as proof.
5. Food, drinks and video cameras are also prohibited.
6. Due to the limited slots in the studios we could only accommodate 4pax per group and 1 show per subscriber (ASAP or Wowowee) once a year.  We do not schedule subscribers to other shows aside from ASAP or Wowowee due to their irregular and erratic taping schedules.
7. For reschedule or cancellation requests, please email tfcstudiotours@abs-cbn.com at least two weeks before scheduled date.
8. Show schedules are subject to change.  Those reserved and affected by non-live airing of shows will be rescheduled to other available dates.
9. A penalty of one year non-inclusion in the studio tour will be given to the no-show.
10. A subscriber can only reserve once a year.  (eg. if subscriber is reserved on December 1, 2008, he will only be able to book again by December 1, 2009).
11. Once scheduled, subscribers are required to be at the Studio Tours office at 8:30am.  Cut-off time is 10:00am.  No-show at 10:01am means forfeiture of reservation (as slots will be given to those who are waitlisted). 
12. Late comers may be rescheduled, but will depend on availabilities of slots.
13. TFC Studio Tours is exclusive to TFC subscribers.  Subscribers who will not be able to come on scheduled date will be required to issue an authorization letter and provide a copy of a valid ID to the attendees.  Reservation will still be under the subscriber’s name.
14. If a TFC subscriber wishes to reserve for his family in the Philippines, he may do so by referring them to book thru ABS-CBN Studio Tours who accommodates Philippine residents.  ABS-CBN Studio Tours can be contacted at (Manila number) +632-416-3211.
