A story about two Filipino cousins raised in different countries. They come to live together in a freak filled neighborhood called the Tender Loin. Philip is the local. Raised in San Francisco, comfortable in his surroundings and always ready to start trouble. Jack is the newcomer. He was born in Manila and is coming to the States for the 1st time to live with his cousin Phil and Uncle Dick. In an urban setting with a multitude of cultures and ethnicities, join Phil and Jack as they share their life experiences through very different eyes.
